How do I retrieve a Game Key from the NCAA School & Conference Manger (NSCM)?

  • Sign-in to the NSCM at www.NCAAmanager.com. You will need a Sports Information Personnel or Game Day Personnel role for the designated home team in order to access the Game Key. Designated visiting teams will not be able to see the Game Key.

  • REMINDER: Game Keys for real games in the NSCM should NOT be used for practice or testing. Real Game Keys should only be used for the actual competition they are meant for. The Knowledge Base contains practice game keys that can be used in the Test Environment to test scoreboards or practice statting matches.

  • Verify you are in the desired sport. If not, change it on the sport switcher menu.

  • Choose Games List
  • Find the correct game in the Games List. You may enter a school name or a date in the search window to help narrow the selections.

  • Verify the game is set for Platform "LiveStats". If it is not, click the "StatCrew" link and confirm your choice to change the scoring platform to LiveStats.

NOTE: Only the Home team can switch the Platform and view the Game Key.

  • Once the Platform is set to "LiveStats" click the game to open the information window. The Game Key is near the bottom. Copy the Game Key to your computer's clipboard.

NOTE: Only the Home team can switch the Platform and view the Game Key.

  • Open your NCAA LiveStats application, and choose "Enter Game Key"

  • Paste your Game Key into the available space, and click Next.

  • Your game is now loaded into the NCAA LiveStats software. Confirm all information and rosters are correct on the information tabs.
