Some users have found strange letters on their software that replaces the correct wording, making it impossible to read. If this happens to you please try out the following solutions:
Solution #1
Go to your programs list on your computer and uninstall the Volleyball software you currently and reinstall, then restart your computer. Here is the link to the latest version of NCAA LiveStats for Volleyball: Download Page
Solution #2
Make sure your Java is up to date. Java updates with the installation of NCAA LiveStats for Volleyball but sometimes it does not update properly or to the most updated version. You can download Java from here: Java Download Page
Solution #3
One of the font packs on your computer used in NCAA LiveStats for Volleyball could be affecting the strange letters.
1) Restart your machine
2) Search "Control Panel" on your computer
3) Next click on "Appearance and Personalization"
4) Click on "Fonts"
5) Look for in the list of fonts for Lato, Legacy, and Roboto. Delete the packs you have on your computer.
6) Install the packs found here.
To install these fonts download them all, group them all on your desktop, highlight them together and then right-click and press "Install for all users" or simply "Install".
